the major expenses while u r in spore.. is mainly apartment rental…if u wanna live a simple life… jus rent hdb (flats without facilities such as swimmin pools ,etc which most local stay in).cost ranging from 1ksgd (for one bedroom)to 1.8ksgd (five bedroom near city area) dependin on area u rent n how many bedroom flat u wan.
food are cheap even if u eat out daily( if u select food fr hawkers or foodcourt-can b as cheap as $2 to abt $6 for a meal).restaurant meals are more expensive dependin on which restaurant..
utility bills is approximately 150-200 is u use aircon every nite.. 60-100 if u dun use aircon
